Composed in 2006 by commission from Tubium I thought that songs from "The Threepenny Opera" and movie music such as "Third Man" would fit the quality of the bari-tuba ensemble, which made me compose this piece. Play as if you are performing in a dingy theater filled with smoke and staleness.
