I. II.
At dusk on an autumn day, when I stepped outside and gazed up at the sky, the western view was still bright, while the eastern was already dark. However, it was not the typical night darkness but a mixture of indigo, deep purple, and more. I had an indescribable feeling and I tried to express that in this piece. The work has two movements. The first represents the ambiance of such a dusky scene with intricate chord progressions. On the other hand, the second movement is lively and vibrant. The section becomes more rhythmical with more complicated beat patterns.
