Commissioned by HOBEREAUX CLARINET ENSEMBLE.The title "Yacla" comes from eight clarinets (Ya means eight in Japanese). I was wondering how to use eight players. Since the group is talented, I focused on parts moving independently as much as possible. Completing the score, I understood octet was a quite large instrumentation. Eight parts moving independently made me confused. It was quite difficult to clean up.
