I have always been fascinated by Middle Eastern music. Here I decided to utilize sound groups F, H, C, D, Eb.

There are many improvisational elements in the melodies of the first half (introduction). Focus on the character and musicality of each distinctive line. In the second half, Dances, the dynamic percussive feel brings out changing moods. Try to perform each segment with varied tonal effects.

Freely create a unique "Makam Dance" concept with your fellow musicians. I hope you have a wonderful performance!
