A work presented on the birthday of Mariko Kondo, a trumpet and flugelhorn player in the Chukyo area. This work features the flugelhorn, Ms. Kondo's specialty. It was performed by the Brass Ensemble Rose to which she belongs and was premiered at the Ebisu Cafe in Oharu-cho, Aichi Prefecture on June 18, 2010.

The title means "melancholy" in Italian and is related to her nickname "Konmari". Anyone feels depressed because something sad occurs. At that time, listen to the gentle tone of the flugelhorn so that you can feel comfortable and relaxed. It is a work with such a wish.
