How to Order

What payment method do you accept?
We accept major credit card companies including Visa, Master Card, American Express, and JCB.
Why is my credit card not going through?
Please contact your bank or credit card company. It's possible that your credit card is automatically locked as the transaction is made in Japan.
We want our purchase to receive your W-9 registration.
Yes, we offer a W-9 form. Please contact us so we can email one to you.
I would like to use a Purchase Order.
We accept Purchase Orders from regular “brick and mortar” sheet music dealers and valid scholastic institutions. Please submit a standard Purchase Order with PO#, institution letterhead or PO form, and current mailing, billing, and contact information. We will forward your purchase request to our American Office, Bravo Music Inc.

Please remember, all music downloads require use of a credit card.
How long does it take to receive physical products (CDs, DVDs, and physical music)?
You can check the inventory status for each item on our website. Once your order is in stock, all physical music orders are shipped via UPS from our warehouse in Japan. Delivery usually takes 2-3 business days, although this may vary depending on your location.
I would like to obtain an invoice/receipt for my past purchases.
It can be downloaded from My Account.
I am unable to download my digital music.
You can access your download purchase from My Account. It may have expired and/or it is past the limit of five downloads. Please contact us again.
Was my order successful?
If the order was successful a confirmation email would have been sent to the address provided for the order and it would also appeared in My Account. If you did not receive a confirmation or see the purchase transaction in My Account, the order did not go through.
What is your shipping and return policy?
We use UPS as our partnered shipper. In case a package is lost and not recoverable, Bravo Music will resend it with the same content as the original.
Returns are limited to products that our inspectors determine have inherent manufacturing defects. Return shipping is the purchaser's responsibility. Customer misuse or damage is not an "inherent defect." Our products are of consistently high quality and have exhibited few, if any, defects.

Download music is only available for individuals and schools/institutions.
