Printed set (Score & Parts)
Written in July 2009 as an etude for my students.
It is roughly divided into three sections, fast-slow-fast, but it is necessary to have a tempo flow without stagnation in any part so that it progresses with time.
Pay attention to changes in dynamics, including cres. and decres., and balance.
Furthermore, it is important to deeply understand the character of the time signature when playing, especially so that the fun of the meter change can be clearly conveyed.
For instance, study an appropriate volume even with the same f, and what kind of timbre is suitable for that part. As to p, an appropriate volume and sound are required.
The same idea applies to articulation, so create various approaches and use this work for practice and performance.
