By request from 'Aproke Brass', an ensemble in Shiga Prefecture, this was composed in 2016 and premiered at the State Brass Festival that September. As the title suggests, a slow swing style and fast tempo syncopation frequently alternate. The swing part should be slightly comical with an easy-going atmosphere. The syncopated section should be played at top speed, with very precise articulation.
