The title is from the glittering white moon and the graceful traditional Korean dance "Salpuri" which is performed with a long white scarf.It expresses the circular beauty of life, from reserved stillness to vibrant release of strong inner tension.This piece was selected for the ISCM World New Music Days 2009 in Visby, Sweden, performed by the Gotland Wind Orchestra, conducted by Jan Risberg. It was also performed at the "Kyo-En XVI ~ Prosperous Future for Band into the 21st Century" new music exposition in Tokyo.
